Non-Refundable Policy
Effective January 2025 all hair services, products purchased, deposits collected and other miscellaneous purchases will be “Non-Refundable”, with No Exceptions!
Hair Services - We strive to provide our Clients with the best hair service experience. If you are not satisfied with the hairstyle that you received from your Stylist, promptly contact the Salon within 24 hours, we will then schedule a follow up appointment to resolve the issue.
Products - All products purchased are “final”, you cannot return it for a refund or make an exchange.
Deposits - In addition to our Cancellation Policy, all deposits that are collected when scheduling an appointment are “Non-Refundable”.
Miscellaneous Items - All Items purchased are “final”, you cannot return it for a refund or make an exchange.
